Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Every item is carefully checked for quality and so we eliminate the chances of defective products being shipped to you.

Return / Replacement Policy
Though each product is delivered with special care, at rare situations, if you are not happy with any of the item, you can let us know. We would arrange for a pick up and a full refund, as per our refund policy.

Points to Remember

  • Products that are delivered can be returned for refund / replacement, if there are any quality or packaging defects.
  • Any return of an item should be communicated to us via email at, or at 8130180771 within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Customers are kindly requested to return the product in the original packing and with the original quantity, as much as possible.
  • Products such as Perfumes, Cosmetics, etc should not be sprayed or used and should have the seal intact during return.

Order Cancellations
Once an Online order is placed, Grocery Day begins to process the order very quickly. But, it is possible to cancel an order during the “Processing” period.

Before shipping your order, our customer service representative would give you a confirmation call to verify the items you have ordered and the delivery time. You can cancel an item/order during this time. Once the order moves into the “Shipping” process, it cannot be cancelled.

Make Changes / Cancel your Order
To make changes to the order, to change the shipping address or to cancel an order, you will have to contact the customer support team, either by sending an email to or by calling 8130180771. You can use your name and your order number as reference, which would make the process hassle free.

You will receive a confirmation email stating that your order has been cancelled and any pending charges will be refunded to you within 3 – 5 business days.

Refund Policy

All refunds are processed under the “100% Happiness or Money Back Guarantee”.

Online order refunds will be issued to the credit card/debit card/net-banking account that you had used during the transaction.

For COD order refunds, please contact our customer support and we will make necessary arrangements for the money to be handed over to you in person.

Refunds are processed at the maximum of 3 – 5 business days from the date on which the items are returned.
